BHVR changed billy addons without telling us?

maybe i missed a post or something, feel free to leave a link butt...

bhvr literally changed the effects of the billy addons without saying anything in 4.1.0

not from ptb to live, but literally the addons were changed during 4.1.0 live

here is a video of billy from around the first day of 4.1.0 https://youtu.be/ua2O_xA0F2Q

now go look at your own game and notice any differences?

lopro chains, mother's helpers, and who knows what other addons were all changed without any posts, just silently changed.

im not mad, actually these changes were good, but ######### like why were they silent are you just too embarrassed that they werent changed from ptb so you just pretended they were like that in the first place?

This has been addressed many times already.

Add-on texts were prematurely altered. The actual old effects remain in use until the hotfix released.

Does that mean they're working as changed now, or are we still waiting on that hotfix?
