The devs explicitly said they were going to take a look at the absolutely rubbish addons they gave Hillbilly for his nerf before the PTB was done. Lo and behold, not a single thing changed.

Between that and suddenly changing their reasoning for a unnecessarily heavy-handed nerf from "We're happy with how the Hillbilly performs" to "he's overperforming", I'm really disliking this level of inconsistency and flat-out dishonesty.

Your "Behaviour" is starting to deteriorate.

    They apparently didn't have time to get them done before the update. Supposedly there'll be a hot fix coming.
