Survivor invincibility when unhooking

PC - When a survivor starts unhooking they will sometimes not be able to be hit by the killer

Step 1: Start unhooking a hooked survivor

Step 2: Killer attempts a basic attack on the survivor trying to save

Step 3: Killer's attack will bounce off as if they hit a wall and the survivor will be undamaged

Has happened when playing multiple killers
Has happened regardless if perks were equipped
Can affect basement hooks, although specific hooks on certain maps might be more likely to trigger the bug
Happens uncommonly

I’ve also had this bug on PC, it’s extremely frustrating.
