Doubt about Q & A session # 4 - August 30 2018

I did not hear a thing very well or they did not make it very clear, they said they would be working for Freddy for the mid-DLC patch, will he be freddy for the next mid patch?

    Freddy is the next killer they're working on but they don't have a timeline. It might be the mid chapter patch but it might be longer.

    freddy their is nothing set in stone yet. except maybe his power build up when dragging people in and to interrupt them doing things healing in front of your face or probably working on a gen. plus 4 seconds to put people to sleep. but these are just ideas. because lets face it. it is annoying to not be able to even stop them doing that crap and makes freddy worthless

    A few weeks ago when they announced and taught Wraith's new addons, they said and confirmed that the spectrum rework would come in September and Freddy's rework would be for Mid Patch, I'm confused ...

    when it comes down to what the devs say. words mean nothing without the actions to back it up. im a believe it when i see it kind of person. after all ive seen that goes on lol

    Things change, unfortunately. Things come up unexpectedly.

    I like the longer healing times that they discussed.

    Freddy seeing all awake auras after putting one survivor to sleep screams slug fest to me> ( put one asleep, see the rest, put them to sleep, self care no longer works, freddy slugs everyone to the ground, they stated about changing the visual in the dreamworld they better(i have zero desire to spend the game on console with the current fps)

    DS is going away in next mid chapter curious> (Mclean said they couldn't add it to the ptb)

    The end game scenario seems interesting but 60 seconds is a lifetime to juke against a billy or nurse until gates open.

    Built in bloodwarden seems interesting and it lasting as long as the person is hooked and would reactivate. I wonder how many would suicide to safe teammates though.

    Yeah I was disappointed nothing was mentioned about console frame rate. Quality of life on console just feels bad.

    Freddy rework was stated by Mccote in a Twitch Stream yesterday or Tuesday that Freddy is planned for the Mid-Season Patch.

    Maybe but not the way they were talking. They don't seem to even know exactly which way to go. Lets say mid season patch is 8 weeks from now, that seems optimistic. Let's say they make him super strong because they didn't think him out completely add him to the ptb and get hammered he is beyond op and they nerf him again the forums will burn and justifiably.

    Imagine not really needing to find survivors anymore after finding the 1st one. If you see everyone as long as they have one in the dreamworld you would know if they are messing with your totems, on generators, nearby, far away, are they close for a hook save when the asleep survivor is downed. That seems way too strong.

    They stated today the ds nerf is in the next mid chapter patch. That kills the perk.

    Maybe for solo but shoot not many survivors will ever play solo... DS will literally give a free blind unless knock down infront of a hook... or... if theres a decent amount of ground to cover a couple body blocks and your off.. it is encouraging teamwork when SWF and that's what makes it balanced... it pull attention away from gens which slows the game down so instead of losing your prey and losing all momentum

    DS is not going away, it's just being changed, perm injured state for those who use it but saved for the end + dead hard no problem! I don't see how that makes it "go away".

    It is going to stun the killer but not an instant drop
