Option to disable not necessary VFX?

In all vanilla and reworked maps i have 55-60 fps when nothing special is happening.

BUT, On Ormond and in Freddy's dream world my fps drops by ~15, at least.

Using GTX1050 not great, but does its job alright.

Can we have an option to disable not necessary VFX like snow, rain, dream world particles etc.? They don't do anything ouside esthetics and console players will thank you aswell.
