devs you really need to do something about this

The clip says it all. The devs have still not done anything about these hits and its getting me frustrated. I don't even want to play this game when this happens. Show us the killers ping atleast until server side hit detection comes. If we can see the killers ping we can dodge the lobby and find a better one. What was the point of dedicated servers if the hits were on the killers priority anyways? How are you guys sitting by and letting this slide these types of hits happen almost all the time on na west its nearly unplayable because no matter what you do its a laggy killer who hits you across the map.
