Stuck on the splash screen on PS4 for over a minute

IDK if this is the correct word but.. when you start up a game on PS4 you're shown a screen before the game actually starts. For DBD it's Trapper looking back. For most games you're only on that screen for like 10-20 seconds. DBD used to be like that, too, but after the past couple updates I'm literally stuck on that screen for over a minute. Is this just my PS4 or is something wrong with the game?

I can't say i've had this issue. Mine is still probably less than 20 seconds on that screen on my ps4
