The developers talked about Legendary skins that will be connected and cannot be worn separately, but why in the game there are skins that are not of legendary rarity and connected? Maybe this is some kind of bug or something I did not understand from their stream? On the screen is the legendary skin, very rare and rare, but not one connected skins, but all

Yes, but maybe they didn't want the sets to be mixed and matched. Obviously this is speculation but is the most logical we have right now.
