If the killer leaves the hook not only does that person get freed but the rescuer gets a 100% chance to escape if they are caught.
So more reason to camp the hook??

Think of it as more reasons not to do safe unhooks.

Honestly, that perk will be the new DS. (and we still have the old DS) sigh
Is there any synergy with Borrowed Time? I hope not.
if you hook the survivor first before they unhook anyone, they won't be able to use it anymore. Imo, all of Adam's perks suck.
Honestly, when I think about it, it doesn't change much.
They will be unhooked on their first stage anyway as soon as I leave the hook.
They are debuffed for some time, thus they cannot be instantly healed with We'll make it nor with Borrowed Time.
The only time it can be an issue when you slug few people, hook one and get another one and they kobe... well, it did happen multiple times with a RNG kobe, it wasn't much of an issue in most cases and will be even less with it.
Perk isn't as bad as DS, so no worries, it won't see meta plays, at least not as much as SB, SC or DS.
Honestly, all perks of the new survivor are... meh.
Yes, after a safe unhook you gotta stay closer to the hook than usual
