QoL change for Thrilling Tremors

Thrilling Tremors should show the remaining time until the Entity Blocker disappears, like MYC does with its Exposed effect.

    its 16 seconds so doesnt really make a difference to show the timer only thing i would say it need is a reduction on the cooldown to 30 seconds

    I know it's 16 seconds. This is a QoL change, not a buff.
