Will free skins from rifts ever come back in the shop?

I couldn't get free skin because of Save errors and now am really sad and i thinked what if this skin someday come back? How'd you think about that?

    All rift skins will eventually come out in the store.

    Rifts cosmetics from Tome 1 should be coming to the store this summer. They said cosmetics would be release 6months after the tome.
