After reading their lore it dawned on me that the killer was not made to match the lore. The fact that victor dying means nothing to charlotte contradicts the lore entirely. I agree that victor needed some changes in order to be a better power in general and better fit the lore.
I think that Victor should basically have a deep wounds timer in the sense that if you do not get him off in a certain amount of time you get downed. This would prevent kidnapping which currently makes latching on worthless.
And I also agree that victor dying should buff charlotte in some way. Exposed would be too much I believe since victor has such a low CD. I would prefer that they extend the CD on Victor regrowing and while he is on death CD, Charlotte enrages and gains movement speed or some other buff. That would make more sense with her lore and make killing victor riskier and more of a tactical choice.
It would also give charlotte more of a chance to use victor as a sentry because maybe a survivor wont want to immediately kick victor for fear of powering up charlotte. I am sad that these changes will never come to light because I think the twins are hands down the most interesting design of killer in the game but sadly also the most poorly implemented.
I agree with deeper timer and buff before Victor will respawn but survivors are Just too confident with kicking Victor and that would be in my opinion the Best idea. Like with every killer, survivors think too confident, they dont think about tactic but Just about bulling the killers and looking for pallets. That would be really Good idea for making survivors think about what they should do and should not. Like that what i wrote. That would make game more balanced.

I really hope so. I just missed Doc's Adrenal Glands charm from Rift 2 and that's the only charm he has. For some reason BHVR didn't make more for him, just that one. As someone who's mained Doc for years, it really hurts.

In my opinion ultra rare charms would be in shop but Just for auric cells.

Yes, Rift Cosmetics will come to the Shop eventually. They were talking about 6 months later (at least), but are also looking to like a year. So they will stay exclusive to the Rift for a while and come to the shop eventually.
Seasonal Skins (like the Blight Nurse) will be released when it would fit. For the Nurse Skin this would be next Halloween.
If you dont think that you will be able to complete the Rift, you can still buy the Rift pass at the end. You will get the Premium Content of each Tier you reached. So if the Cosmetics you want are in those Tiers, you can still get them at the end of the Rift by buying the Rift Pass.
