Thana/Dying Light Change
In order to make both viable but not stackable I would lile to suggest an idea.
Thanatophobia causes the survivor to do generators, sabotage, cleansing and opening exit gates 3% slower per injured/dying/hooked survivor.
Dying Light would work the same as now but only for healing, mending and recovering from the dying state.
I decided to give thana the objective part bc it's only slighty and I gave DL the healing part bc it's already super worse to heal when sloppy is a thing especially bc some killer are able to output very easy first hits. This stacking passively with Thana makes healing so awful that decreasing the healing action should be sth to earn since Sloppy just applies it with a simple basic attack.
And running both perks would still be viable bc you slow actions overall but just slightly but you can't stack it.
The final thing I would love to see making mangled separated to perks that dont apply mangled but slowing down healing. So if perk X would slow down healing by 25% it won't get applied bc the survivor is already mangled. Prioritizing the status effect.
This were a really good QoL change to make games less annoying to face.
Do you think I am mad crazy or would you agree?
If you don't mind I would be very happy to get a response. My game balance suggestions were very often not that great and I would like to hear some feedback.

A nerf to DL and 3% max for thana?
They are both already weak perks atm
xD
How is this NOT just a nerf to these perks? Typically when ppl use the word "change" they make it stronger in one way to make it weaker in another. What you did here is JUST made it weaker. Thana not only would not take effect on healing, but also would get a nerf to its numbers while Dying light, which is a perk that already gives a massive buff to the obsession (who is immune to its negative effects) would lose the majority of its effects.
Both perks are fine.
Thana isn't even that strong. The best killers who can use are Legion and Plague simply due to their powers. And even then I've seen plently of survivors starting to cleanse against Plague with the change giving her a free corrupted fountain so it's really only just Legion who can make good value out of Thana.
Dying Light is just a win harder perk. If you can get yourself in a situation where you have 5+ stacks of Dying Light and 3+ gens left, then you didn't actually need the perk to begin with.
While you can get pretty strong slowdown combing both perks, you basically already have to be in a winning state to get the value out of the combo. In which case, why you are running two perks you didn't actually need?
IF we went with this, those perks would have to get buffed. Thana to like 6-8% and dying light to 5-7%
If they were going to change Dying Light again, I'd rather they just had it apply a large global de-buff for X seconds after a survivor is rescued from the hook.
Killer could apply some serious stall power shortly after getting their first hook, and potentially keep stringing it throughout the match if they won chases efficiently. Survivors would have to choose if objectives or the save are more valuable in the moment, and killer would be less incentivized to camp as they want the survivor to be saved. Also achieves a similar late-game limitation as sacrificed/mori'd survivors wouldn't generate the debuff.
