I play on the European servers and I keep getting matched with russian players that live on the far end of Russia. They either teleport around the map as survivors or hit me from far and beyond. What is causing this?

Maybe I'm also getting the Russians. I don't know what it is but people have said that the servers are garbo so maybe it's that. They probably don't have a regional server yet so they get connected to yours.
