If she lifts up a hatchet, she's faster than her base movement speed. It's insane.

    This, I must check out! Its probably caused by the change made to Clown where is movement speed is no longer impacted by him charging his bottles

    Yeah that's it, but it's cracked

    And his movement speed is increased, actually
