Can we all just agree that we won't actually get the new killer until around Thanksgiving/Christmas time? I feel like we are going to have the same problem as last time. Also, they really missed out by not using Pennywise.

    Nope because that is far off from their roadmap. I say we will see the official release of the next chapter mid September. December will be for a new killer and survivor. And far as last time the only platform that had a problem was console and that is because it was a huge update. Even if pc get this chapter before us console player then I am pretty sure we will get it a week later.

    Did they try to get Pennywise? It's probably really hard and expensive to get licenses for these really popular movies.

    Shouldn't be bad the blame previous was the 2.0 update should be close to launch date.

    How? They already got the okay from one studio for more cosmetics. Licensed Killers are awesome because it's nostalgic for many people. Whether they're Nurse tier is irrelevant, if they're fun for someone, that's what matters.

    They didn’t say which one, but if I would venture the guess Myers and Laurie. The new Halloween is in October, so to help the PR they will probably have the new older Myers and Laurie.

    The chapter will drop early September.
    7 to 9 days after the start of the PTB.

    Regarding the cosmetics. I haven't seen any must have cosmetics till now.

    To be honest as a console player I don’t give BHVR the benefit of the doubt so I’m saying for console we’d be lucky to get it before Halloween lol

    They probably mention that in the recent stream but i didn’t know that one has been confirmed. However there is a recent article featuring a interview with Mcote cover dead by daylight. And he talks about their goal for license characters. 

    “We’re right now discussing with our licensors, hey, would you be interested in if we changed the model? But those conversations take awhile, and we'd need to be able to show them that this would be beneficial. Some are all about money, some are more about exposure”
