Bannned (im so worried)

Basicly long story short i had the game open on main menu and i was gunna play SWF with a friend but they werent ready to i went afk for a while on the main menu and when i came i got this message

i have no idea why i been banned but my heart is beating so fast rn... to appeal a ban or at least find out why i have done nothing why maybe a tiny bit of in game toxic behavior occasionally but no hacking or anything...

    I once changed perk icons but i dident like em so i changed them back but this was a few weeks ago

    bro do you have to give me stupid comments like that i would never cheat i have all dlc + archive + skins + plus a lot of friends i enjoy playing the game with i have everything to lose and nothing to gain from cheating

    This is an EAC ban. There is NOTHING the devs can do to help you. You need to talk with EAC in order to get anything done. If anything can be done that is.


    Why you got banned? No idea. EAC isn't exactly well liked but that's mainly because of how slow it is to deal with problems. And from my point of view when EAC finally gives out a ban it tends to one earned. False positives are a thing. You might be one of them. Though I simply don't think so knowing how rare those are and how often people who get caught claim innocence.

    You didn’t get banned by EAC for being AFK.

    Have you used any external software that BHVR could have blacklisted?

    be careful EAC is detecting RGB keyboards and stuff with lights, happened to me last night. Do you have a keyboard or mouse with lights?

    Yes, seems EAC is detecting RGB devices as security violations and seems to be a known issue, but somewhat silly one. Have had this RGB keyboard its Razer tournament edition for awhile and only now encountered this and reported it in the bug section, but others have as well and they dont have a fix.
