Are survivors supposed to see dead man's switch active icon ? I remember on a dev stream they were talking about it not sure if they were saying it was a bug or intended. Anyone remembers or knows ?

Trash perk imo
Why would you stop repairing when someone's hooked ? Most players won't and even then that won't show you much other then someone is no longer here
While something like BBQ after a hook always shows you where someone is every time no drawbacks and bonus bp
Discord shows when two players are working on a gen and thats exactly where they are rn and when they stop is not highlighted so its basically like Deadman with no activation and more info
If you wanna know where someone was just watch the sky for birds I guess lol don't waste a perk slot on Deadman

If this isn't a bug it needs to be removed. I mean, wouldn't this let you just counter the perk by continuing to hold M1 until/unless the Killer actively pushes you off? Making the perk basically useless?
Are you talking about when they let go of the generator and it get blocked? then yes, they get the notification as to clarify why the gen was blocked, giving new & experienced players the same information
Killer mains were wondering the exact same thing.

Ah Ok your comment just made me remember so yeah that notification shows up even when the perk is not activated so it is a bug it is supposed to show when the gen gets blocked but right now it lets you know it will get blocked if u let go because it shows up before the perk blocks the gen.
