PC - NOED doesn't working
Two times I played with the perk NOED and after all generator are done and I hit someone they dont fall(I checked if I have at least one totem and both time I had).
-character played: pig
-perks: surveillance, make your choice, noed and sloppy butcher.
-map:yamaoka
-frequence:2x

i just had the same problem also used surveilance i hitted 2 people didnt go down devs pls fix

Are u sure you were not hitting people with ambush attack (in case of pig) and lethal rush (as blight)?
