Killer: Angela Baker\Peter from Sleepaway camp.

Power: Archery Practice. This power gives you a bow and some arrows. They can be used to shoot survivors into a bleeding state. You only have 4 arrows but you can reload by opening boxes of arrows.

Perks:

"Im A Boy" an obsession perk.

"Skinny Dipping" entity disabling generator perk.

"Happy Camper" terror radius perk.

perks:

"Protecting People" Healing someone will heal you.

"Not The Killer" Less blood will show when in bleeding state.

"Sweet Revenge" faster generator reparing.

    I mean, as much as I adore Sleepaway Camp, it is relatively obscure. And you kinda just spoiled the ending of the movie in your post, plus your ideas really really are basic, and some already exist (healing somebody heals you = Solidarity, do gens faster = resilience, prove thyself, not the killer = lucky break)

    As much as I love Angela, she's down there with The Tall Man, Babadook, The Creeper, etc. as as very niche license. MCote has been on record as saying the only niche character they are open to adding is Pinhead from Hellraiser.
