Whenever you start a chase with a survivor, see their aura for 3/4/5 seconds.
Have you ever heard the chase music start up, and then think to yourself "Where the heck is this survivor?!" Only to lose the chase before you see them? Well this would be the perk for you! I don't think it'd be any stronger than A Nurse's Calling or I'm All Ears. It could even have a cooldown if necessary.
