Billy feels like ######### now

Been playing billy for awhile, and I just installed the new mid chapter update and he feels so ######### now. Not sure if it's just me but turning feels broken and unnatural, same with survivor but not as bad. Anyone know why?

    Billy is most likely bugged. I will not touch him in this state.

    Agreed. Not until a hotfix. And that hotfix needs to get here fast
