  • I main billy, if you're a monster with him of course you'll do well. But that's like 4 to 5% of the general playbase, if you play both roles like most 1000+ hour players you know that every killer requires you to play different, billy has issues that should be fixed before a nerf. Like invisible walls, false saws (which happen more than you'd think) and God awful sound bugs. If anything maybe nerf his addons a bit. As a survivor he's pretty easy to juke but literally everything boils down to skill. And devs just enjoy catering to newer players.

  • Billy didn't need a nerf, but the devs kinda have a hard time leaving killers with outdated loadouts alone. ( I.e the nurse) but from what I've seen of his nerfs as long as they fix that God awful 14 second cool down time and tweak the add-ons, it really won't be that bad. Sure you'll have to get used to making more "dedicated" actions, but I don't think it'll be nurse bad.

    I'd say bubba is a very powerful killer if ran with the right perks and addons. But billy has a major upper hand in the fact that he has a relentless amount of map pressure and endless potential when it comes to juking into curves. Just the fact that he can cut around corners like butter puts him in the top 5 killers. Not to mention his addons are brutal af. Not to say bubba can't do that either, but map pressure is literally everything in dbd.
