NOED rework (joke)

Since survivors are so unhappy with noed when they have DS, unbreakable, dead hard and adrenaline.

Here's a rework for noed since survivors can't do bones

Hex: noed

no longer give expose status effect on survivors, movement speed increase by 10%, missed attack cooldown decreased by 30%, successful attack cooldown decreased by 30% vaulting/breaking actions are increased by 25%

here, no more 1 shot, happy? or keep the 1 shot?

Actually that one is pretty good, we should have a perk like this

I know this is a joke, but man that sounds way more useful than NoED. Stack with STBFL and you've got a 70% quicker cooldown in endgame?
