If you do get caught, don't die on the hook immediately. Make him wait the full 2 minutes.
If you don't get caught, do gens.
lmao nothing will be done because it's not a problem
I know you hate the fact that you get camped got camped but if you want to punish the Killer...
For the love of God don't die and give up immediately.
It's more punishing him to sit there and do nothing and stare at you then be useful and go out and Hunt other survivors.
But for real, as the survivor, it sucks. Personally I'm confident enough in my ability to down survivors quickly enough that I just leave the hook 99% of the time. Which in my experience is better as it means people die faster and they feel pressured as I'm almost always going to be on them afterwards. Plus less people on gens is always good.
Did he camp the whole game? Because if he did, it's your team's fault as a whole. Campers only succeed if the survivors allow it, as if he's camping the first guy, three gens should pop before the first guy dies, and you should be just about halfway done on the last two by the time the killer can find anyone.
How the ######### did a "camper" kill 2 survivors before you and you only did 4 gens only?
I smell ######### tho
The poor game balance is to blame.
Although, this Doc is probably having a bad day or is just bad.
Gens
Its as simple as not getting caught.
In the situation on the screen, two guys are dead, you on a hook. If killer camps your teammate has 2 full minutes to look for the hatch when killer camps you. just be mate. steal the killer 2 minutes and spend them to your team. 2 Mins are three gens in a perfect situation (other three alive, everyone on a gen)
Gotta say though, 99% of killers don't camp, except when gates are powered/open, with one on the hook and three alive and well, in which case camping is often the prudent thing to do.
Survivor 1 is hooked, survivor 2 and 3 hover around the hook while survivor 4 does gens.
Survivor 2 is hooked, survivor 3 hovers around the hook while survivor 4 does gens.
Survivor 3 is hooked, survivor 4 walks around the map looking for hatch.
Survivor 3 dies on the hook, and the only survivor who did the correct thing to counter camping escapes through the hatch.
But then clearly camping worked or am i tripping?
Also aint that the survivor's fault as well?.
yeeeeeeeeeee.
Did you do something to the doc?Us doc mains,if you trolled us in a previous game will camp/tunnel you. WE'RE DOCTOR MAINS, WE DON'T FORGIVE, WE DON'T FORGET, LOL
Thats with almost every human being in the world. In DBD me included.
No prob its not your fault.
...WE ARE HUMANS, WE DON'T FORGIVE, WE DON'T FORGET.
Speak for yourself.
Who is to say im from earth anyways?
lol.
I'm assuming based on your amount of post you have that you're fairly new to the forums.
This has been discussed a number of times and the bottom line is the Dev have confirmed this is part of the game and they have no plans so far to change it.
Go play Civ if you hate campers.
I like camping as The Pig
As of the SAW Movies, aren't I entitled to do that?
I break into people's houses and sedate them
So why not treat you as bait and AMBUSH your knight in shimmering armor?
It makes me feel gggGGGREAT!
wait for your teammate to start tea-bagging and *edit: commit self death, so that he can get the hatch.
camping in general ? Not a problem since it's easily countered by doing gens.
Nothing. It gives all other survivors an advantage, and you can just stare back and chill there for 2 mins making the killer waste his time before realising that camping was a big mistake.
Alternatively, it's also not a problem because two survivors (if they're available) can distract + manage to get you off. So, it's just a waiting game and it was never a problem, just annoying.
