There has been no official announcement yet. Killers usually come out during new chapters. Chapter 15 came out on the 10th March, and we're going to get a mid-chapter update next.

Given the current situation I would have expected a delay.

For the moment no delay has been announced. If there is one it will definitely be announced either here or on the socials. 🙂
