New map selection system?

Just curious if anybody agrees

Should maps be selected by realm rather than individual?

Example:

Right now, Coldwind has 5x the chance of a map like Glenvale or Ormond being chosen

If maps were chosen by realm, then Coldwind and single map realms would have the same chance.

Is this a logical factor devs should implement?
