Has anyone been able to get it or is it broken. Fixed the saloon gen multiple times yet it doesn't unlock.

Didn't receive it on PC either.
It's broken on PC. I did the gen but didn't get my achievement done. No achievements for us :<
I haven't even played on the new map; (
