New bug or new survivors sided obsession changing feature ?

In two past games i had ive experienced the next :

I was chasing survivor obsession and hit them once with basic attack. Then a few moments later i encountered an obsession again but it was already other survivor then i checked my "remember me " stack and it wasnt even activated. Im not having any obsession changer perks like nemesis.

They could have used that new insta heal perk. It makes you the obbsesion

but it shouldnt reset my remember me stack?
