For all the Killers that complain about Decisive, there is a way to hard counter it to the point where you can pick up people with DS completely unbothered.

Doctor with Unnerving Presence and add-ons that increase counterclockwise skill checks. Like no one will hit it, even in Red Ranks. I know I can’t

Or you could not tunnel since Doc can actually find people and can punish unhookers.

Can easily tell when DS wears off too. Just use Static Blast and wait till it recharges.

Oh yes they do. Believe me I’ve had the unnerving presence, backwards, corner of my screen skill Decisive check before.

pretty sure i was informed UP and Backwords Skillchecks no longer affect it... guess ill need confirmation then.
