Does anyone know stuff about configs for this game?

So I play with an edited config file so I can get playable fps. But when I use the config I can't stalk as Myers or Ghost face. It's the same with survivor when I try to break Ghost face out of his stealth and it's really annoying me. So does anyone know what causes this in the config file?
