Something that got a bit lost with the Doctor rework is his sneaky build (using both Calm addons and M&A) since now is timed, you start the match with a massive terror radius and you have to tell everyone which killer you are by using Static Blast.

I think it would be nice if it worked a bit like Freddy and he started with Static Blast on cooldown. That would allow more sneaky plays in the early game, whene survivors are more vulnerable to them.

This would have the side effect of delaying his early tracking, but honestly I think that is not entirely a negative.

    Except when you're not a sneaky doctor and dont care about early worning :/

    I think losing his early tracking is not worth the minor buff to the Dr. Ninja strategy.
