Why Does Babysitter Steve Not have a Bat?

Although it is a cool skin, it bothers me how Nea etc..can Have a skateboard but why does Steve not have his bat in his backpack for Babysitter? It would make the skin way better to use. Was really disappointed that it didn't have it in.

    I'm pretty sure it's because survivors can't have weapons on them according to the lore but yeah it would be really cool.

    Hmm, I mean Kate has 2 Pick-Axes on her costume, probably more lethal than a spiked bat haha

    I guess it's for the same reason that Ash doesn't have a chainsaw haha.

    Would be cool to see though.
