[SUGG] HUD for No Scratch Marks condition
Well, i cant count 3 seconds very precisely, neither 10 seconds... so the perk can be not so usefull if i stop running only after the scratch marks appear.
When i played using Fixated i noticed that my timing to stop running was never exact. So, why not put on display an icon with a decreasing bar about that, as much as we have for Sprint Burst and others haste perks for the haste effect?
