His portals can have alot of fun things done with it, mostly the locations you can put them on
Location idea
As of now, his portals can only go on the ground, but if I am correct didn't he come out of a wall in the show before?
Make his walls able to be placed on the walls, make more of a usage to them in that way as right now he doesn't get too much from portals on the ground
Buff idea to his portals
Reduce how far you can hear his portal screech, make it to where if you are close to Demogorgon when he enters, not exits, enters the portal is when you hear it, if you are not near him when he enters his portal you will not hear it.
Allow Demogorgon to pick up his portals, this is his greatest fault when playing him as if you place his portal near a gen and that gen gets finished, now that portal is useless.
If using shred 3 seconds after exiting the portal, if it lands on a survivor the survivor is hindered.
Increase his portal count by 1

Make Leprose Lichen basekit (See the auras of injured survivors while in the abyss)
Make the new Leprose Lichen see any aura while in the abyss

All of those are really good ideas!
This would make Demo a lot more fun and menacing. As of right now, Demo's only benefits are that it can end some loops quicker and that it can three gen pretty solidly.
It would be kinda awkward to cleanse the portal on the Wall though. But either way good idea.
It will be nice if demo will start with a portal in the middle of the map that is indestructable
