Actually seems decent on a hit & run style of gameplay. Question is though, does it lock off inactive perks, such as Decisive Strike or Deliverance? Ones that take a requirement before activating, as opposed to something like Spine Chill which is technically always active or something more permanent like Bond or Botany Knowledge?
I like it. Worthy of being a hex, not too annoying, requires killer interaction.
