Deathslinger hitbox targeting

Hey this will sound like a meme but I'm 100% serious. Could we divide the hitbox into two sections? Top and bottom?

I noticed all of Deathslinger's shots hit the survivors in the chest and I really wanna shoot them in the crotch.

Just, reel them in from the family jewels.
