I believe it's going to be a bind killer. She will be able to do a mid-range attack that will damage and slow someone (like shred without the dash) and probably have a passive with generators.

I think this probably rules out Terminator. Fingers crossed for Mrs Trunchbull. I heard she likes wielding ball and chains as well as many weapons. In fact it's her practice of the ball and chain which helped her win the Olympics in Shotput back in 53'.
Can't wait to see the frame rate drop on that.

The Prisoner-
Weapon: Shank
Power: Ball & Chain - The Prisoner can whirl the ball and chain for a period of time and release it. When released the ball and chain will launch the prisoner forward. The longer it is charged the farther the prisoner is launched. If the ball and chain hits a survivor then the survivor gains the broken status until they are put in the dying state.

i would love a hellrasier killer, could be like legion in the sense of 1 power but multiple skins, that would be insane but its not likely to be multiple skins and we already had demo and ghostface in this years rotation and this is the last killer in that rotation so its likely original. i do hope the ability is to pull people back with the chain, i know its a very simple power but alot seem to come with 2 powers now and its a neat ability that isnt too crazy but allows for interesting plays. im guessing average speed, tall killer, male

I can see the comparison. I was thinking more along the lines of the killer throwing the ball in a parabolic arc which would allow the killer options to travel up to second floors or other high ground. So the killer would be more like clown with the killer as the projectile.
