Kinda Gen Speed Reduction

We all know gens can go super fast but making gens times longer is a pure boring hell for survivors. So I suggest letting gens have the same repairing speed... If survivors look directly at them while fixing. There should be some kind of penality when survivors look around, some kind of repairing debuff which would make them look straight at the gen. Imagine playing againt a stealth killer in this case. What do you think?

    I think this idea has some merit and could be good.

    Maybe a perk? Bonus repair speed if you're looking directly at the generator, maybe?
