Wait, is this a mistake in Tome 2?
On Tome 2, there is a side passage that requires the Doctor...but the last one of that side passage is just "hook 5 survivors", but you need the doctor challenge done to even get to that one.
Is that a mistake? an oversight? because that is some bs rigth there?
