Hex: Thrill of the Chase

While in chase and while this totem is active, generator repair speed will be reduced by 10/15/20%

Survivors have a few counters to this. They can end chases faster instead of trying to loop the killer endlessly, or they can go and cleanse the hex totem. Newer players wouldn't find this as frustrating as OldRuin for a couple reasons: #1. No crazy skill checks. and #2. It wouldn't affect them as much as it would veteran players whose chases last MUCH longer. Also unlike OldRuin, the killer has to actively be doing something rather than it being a passive effect.

Probably needs a bit of adjustment, but it's just an idea.

    It's an interesting idea, it does have some flaws but it's a cool concept I like it.
