They won't even fix survivors being immune inside hooked teammates and that's been in the game for how many weeks? So sick of their blatant survivor bias, it's disgusting.
They'll hotfix the hell out of the DS bug. But Freddy's snare bug (and I heard Hag is having issues with something as well?) will take months, like Wraith and Spirit's lunges did. It's only deemed priority if it hurts survivors.
Case and point - the sound issues, not only have they not fixed them after MONTHS, they have yet to even address them directly.

Survivors aren't immune to being hit, just move to the side of the hook and hit them.
Then, if they go for the save afterwards, down the savior and hook them. 😁
You can't blame everything on the developers, just so you know.
Gen times aren't something that need hot fixed. The core method that determines the outcome of the game isn't something that should have a knee-jerk change. That goes for players too. You shouldn't just assume that killers are unplayable because of the ruin change.
They are immune and it's a bug, confirmed by devs. They simply don't care because pandering to survivors is their #1 priority.
They aren't immune. I've had plenty of survivors try that trick on me, and I've been able to counter it.
But yes, it is a bug, no one has denied that.
That said, the removal of the ability to phase through hooked survivors, which was a necessity vs camping killers is now gone, at the same time this bug appeared. Its disappearance is also a bug.

You can just hit them.
I don't know why people are struggling with this so much, it's a free hit, it's the survivor making a huge mistake- why remove it? Let them literally **** themselves over.
Why does everyone just keep swinging at the front like a lunatic, obviously you can't hit them through the person just approach from the side and whack, easy hit.

I keep getting told by others that they are completely immune while others say they can be hit — which is it?

I think if survivors move at the right time with the glitch the killers hit the hooked survivor. When it happened to me i went to the side and smacked them. A different time i just camped them.

Lol
They would if gen times were actually bad.

What hot fixed of nerf?

If they are in the right position, they are in fact immune, unless you are running Oni.
I heard you can just move to the side and hit the survivor, rendering their tactic unless.
False, see the post above yours.
Okay, that's fair, but why not camp them?
That's two people not doing generators while you're securing a sacrifice.
