Hardcore mode

Can we get a hardcore mode where sWF's isn't allowed and you can only use the perks on the person you pick? I think a lot of us OG's would appreciate it. I don't wanna play against swf's every match, and that's all it is on ps4, or at least balance it out better. Where is the fun at for killer?
