Which Killer Has The Worst Teachables For Themself?

  • I'm not sure if this counts, but Hangman's Trick. It does literally nothing for the Pig. Well, for NO killer, actually. It's such a bad perk.

But for real, my worse killer/teachable would Demogorgon with Mindbreaker. Mindbreaker can be a very strong perk on Ghostface/Pig/Wraith, but Demo just gives TOO MUCH warning to make use of it. Between his global teleport screeching and his extremely loud footsteps, the survivors can get their 3 seconds of safety very easily.

  • There are quite a few killers for whom one or all of their teachable perks don't exactly amplify their power, but the only one I can think of whose teachable actively hinders their power is Monitor and Abuse on Doctor.

I would argue that when you're in a chase is when you don't want your terror radius to be large, because the point of having a large terror radius is so that survivors get caught more easily in your passive shock field and tier up, revealing their location(s).

The worst time for that to happen is when you're already in a chase, because you would have to break the chase to capitalise on it. Not to mention that during a chase is probably when you're most likely to not even be using treatment mode.

  • Doctor.

you want to have an extra large Terror Radius with him to apply your static field to as many survivors as you can.

and he has monitor and abuse as a teachable.

like, that does the exact opposite of what he needs xD

its great on literally ANYONE but doc xD

For their power? Hands down it USED to be The Pig with Hangman's Trick and Surveillance. But Surveillance was buffed to be actually pretty good at Red Ranks now, and Hangman's Trick is the only perk she has that isn't really helpful honestly...

There are also Killers like Demogorgons Cruel Limits that does... hardly anything noteworthy, or The Clowns Coulrophobia, which basically doesn't hinder nor help him since it works with any Killers power (Except GF, Myers, Pig Crouching, and Wraith cloaked) but isn't exactly something that boosts his.

But if I had to say who has the worst teachable perks that don't really add anything to their powers? It would have to be either Huntresses Territorial Imperative or The Hags Hex: Third Seal. Hex: Third Seal really doesn't help The Hag or any Killer for that matter... except it used to for The Pig I think? (I never really found information on if the Billy boxes auras were blocked by Third Seal... so... idk 100%) and Territorial Imperative is for someone like LeatherFace that benefits from Survivors being in the basement, for The Huntress it doesn't really do much if you're either moderately far or decently close either... since the shack will block your hatch throws.

Even building that have the basement sometimes will still block the hatchet throws, and if you're not there to get on top of it, than you'll never make it to down both the Survivors or maybe even one... depending on the map honestly. Having the maps depend on if the perk helps the Huntress is why I think it's tied with The Hags Hex: Third Seal.

So for me personally, The Hags and Huntresses 2 bad perks are the worst for them, either that or M&A that literally works against The Doctors power lol.

  • Probably Monitor&Abuse on Doctor.

But when combined with other Teachables... Knockout on Leatherface. Because it is totally pointless, if you are using BBQ.

  • As good of a killer as she is, I'd have to say Huntress. Her perks do literally nothing for her and there is a reason why nobody runs them. The only useful perk she has is lullaby and that's a hex totem. Once you finally manage to get the 5 stacks it is a small inconvenience at best and that's assuming you were lucky enough to have it last that long.

    Furtive chase on Ghostface

A stealth killer that gets a perk to minimize his terror radius

when you think already of how much Furtive Chase is useful in normal times...

That and the teachables of Demo / Huntress, they are pointless on her, all of them (maybe not Surge)
