Oni is worst Billy sucks after flick nerf
Oni is decent but he is just a lesser Billy. Good survivors will prevent Oni from using his power for a LONG time. Meanwhile Billy can use his immedaitely as the match begins, as much as he wants with no downside. Oni has a great aesthetic, and his dash is more satisfying than the chainsaw Sprint, but he has zero early game pressure. He's just another lower-mid tier snooze fest of a killer. A damn shame if you ask me.
Sadly the Oni feels super inconsistent now, when you clean up, it feels great, plus it's real hard to shake the Oni. Unfortunately the most of the time, you stop around getting looped n dunked on by survivors.
It's rough & idk what you'd change to fix the situation, but hey, survivors win again.
