whats the point of deliverance if you can only use it on the first hook?
deliverance is a great idea but if you can only use the first time you are hooked there really is no point using it as a perk. better save the slot for another perk

Just gotta make sure you get a save in before that first hook. Ive seen it come in clutch during endgame when ppl are able to pop it with a pocket DS. At that point...you're home free.
Use another perk then, no one's forcing you. It comes in handy at times when you get 1 hooked, i agree that for it to be optimal, you need to run with ds/unbreakable but other then that it still serve a purpose since not everyone depends on perks to survive can use this combo to negate being 1 hook/camped
