Make all Discordance tiers proc every 8 seconds
Right now, Discordance level 1 is the strongest because of the more frequent procs, which means you are getting new information earlier and more frequently. Discordance level 1 procs every 8 seconds while Disordance level 3 procs every 12 seconds, which means level 3 Discordance is 50% worse. The extra time the generator is highlighted is not as nearly important as the more frequent information. Otz explains this in his video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ReYFH5x0NU&t=175s. My suggestion is to make higher tiers of Discordance highlight the generator for longer but still proc every 8 seconds.
