Would this killer build work?
So I was thinking about a possible killer build.
Furitive Chase
Nemesis
Make your choice
My thinking behind this is, Nemesis makes it so any time someone becomes a new obsession they become oblivious. Pair it with furitive chase, any time someone rescues someone from a hook they become the obsession thus also making them oblivious. Then add on make your choice they become exposed. So you got an exposed person who can't hear your terror radius. Has anyone tried this, and does it work well? Also don't know what 4th perk to add, but most people would probably say ruin
Edit:forgot furtive chase only works if they rescue the obsession from the hook, so this probably wouldn't work well lol

Furtive chase works only when the obsession is unhooked. And you basically have to rely on luck to find early the obsession.

A big Youtuber called Otzdarva already tried a similar build, back when nemesis wasn't a perk and many obsession perks were bugged. He did pretty well, but he was very lucky finding the obsession, and the game was very long, which is not that good for killer.
Aaah okay. I've been thinking about this since the oni was released, but I don't have any of these perks teachable and never really used furtive chase before so I completely forgot it had to be the obsession that was unhooked
Actually, it might work fairly well, since if you're chasing a survivor and they pallet stun you, they'll become the Obsession. If you hook them after that, then Furtive Chase will activate on the unhooker.
Hm yeah you're right. Just let them stun you then hook them. Once I get these perks teachable I'll have to try it
Nice build. Nemesis + Furtive Chase might work just well. I would also try Rancor with the build so you can 1 shot rescuer (who might be very surprised what just happened) during the endgame (don't use Rancor for killing, hook the obsession instead).
Yeah you're right. Rancor would work great with this build
Bitter murmur works great with Rancor.
Pretty sure you still lose all stacks when the obsession is dead so when you get another obsession through nemesis you just start a 0 again
Wasn't really interested in the stacks from furtive chase, mostly just the change of obsession making them oblivious
No the oblivious status only works if blinded or hit with a pallet
Check Nemesis perk description. It does say 'everytime new survivor becomes obsession suffers Oblivious...".
Did you test it and it does not work as described?
It was tested by someone else pre patch
Just thought that nurses calling might go well with it too, since more often than not the rescuer tries to heal the person semi near the hook. So you know where they are, and they have no idea you're coming
