like 2seconds,2.5seconds,add +20% vault and pallet breaking speed but no expose effect

than people gonna pick other perks for sure cause other perks boost 3seconds
and ds counter by enduring perfectly and noed will no more random death from luck
but killer speed will generally fast as ######### so it gives good chance to grab small hamster beard muzzle
