Why is anyone saying he's better? Those are all fat nerfs except he's slightly faster now, and that hardly makes a difference most of the time.

You speak as if the poor folks weren't already in a rough spot.
I spoke about him in my come on devs post hopefully the devs finally figure out he needs help.
The nerfs made me lose faith in BHVR and uninstall the game. The fact that they would do that despite Legion being one of the worst Killers and despite all the feedback both on the fourms and from the PTB. They don't care.
Because "consistency" is apparently more important then him being decent.
They were not decent BEFORE the nerfs.
I mean i could play them with stbfl and sloppy. Ill say niche instead though.
You should not even heal vs a Legion anyways.
